Hotline Energiser Repairs

As a Hotline Dealer as well as stocking a wide range of Energisers, Batteries, Netting Posts, Tape and Accessories we also offer an Energiser repair service carried out by Hotline themselves.

The set price Energiser repair service costs £80.00 (inc.VAT). This fixed price repair covers everything required to overhaul/service the Energiser, this will include parts that are showing signs of failure and always includes a new set of battery leads and HT leads. The Energisers are also soak tested for 24hrs to bring out any faults under full load conditions. If Hotline are unable to fix the Energiser due to availability of parts or it not being cost effective to do so, Hotline will replace the Energiser for a reconditioned Energiser (equivalent or updated version) for the same price.

Hotline collect/drop-off weekly at both our Wells store and Congresbury store, and aim to turnaround the repairs within 5 days, meaning that from the Energiser being collected from us it should be returned to us the following week.

All repairs have a 3 month warranty (excludes extreme water ingress).
